Mortgage Administrator - Full Time - Putney

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a stand out, highly experienced Senior Mortgage Administrator / Paraplanner to join an incredibly highly successful, niche HNW partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation whom are based in Putney, London.

Our incredibly highly valued partner firm,  are a highly successful, customer focussed Mortgage & Protection advisory business supporting the upper end of the London marketplace. 

The firm are looking to grow their business still further with the addition of a further experienced Senior Mortgage Administrator / Paraplanner. 

The candidate would need to be in easy commutable distance to Putney SW15

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with HNW clients and providers / lenders.

We are looking for an absolute minimum of 4 years recent independent mortgage administration experience in a busy mortgage broking business.

Outstanding salary package to attract the very best of £32,000 - £36,000 DOE and negotiable

Responsibilities:

• Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
• Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
• Dealing with incoming calls and emails
• Submission of mortgage & protection applications

Skills & Experience Required:

• A minimum of 4 years mortgage administration experience in a broking environment.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
• Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
