Role Description

We are looking for customer centric individual who has good experience in dealing with landlords / property investors. A skilled and proactive Mortgage Adviser with the ability to prioritise and organise their time productively.

You will identify our customer’s financial needs and advise them with the products that would best suit their requirements and ensure our customers understand the products and services recommended.

You will liaise with lenders, client solicitors. Your role is to provide a service that promotes Calculated Financial Services Ltd as the go to specialist mortgage broker within the property investor space. You should be motivated and dynamic, a touch a touch of entrepreneurial side to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify our customer’s financial needs and advise them with the products that would best suit their requirements.
• Ensure our customers understand the products and services.
• An element of business development and relationship building & networking.
• Deliver a professional and credible service and ensure your knowledge is always up to date.
• To comply with legislation and regulation.
• To produce and deliver audit compliant files to maintain the PRIMIS networks rigorous audit requirements limiting failures or risks to the company.

Key requirements

• Must hold a full CeMAP Qualification or equivalent
• Previous mortgage advising experience
• Previous experience dealing with BTL, complex BTL & bridging.
• Ideally some commercial experience also.
• Prepared to engage in business development and networking.

Benefits

Basic Salary: 32,000-35,000 Depending on experience + commission.

Annual holiday allowance of 25 days + bank holidays.

Monday – Friday 9am – 5:00pm
