Trainee Protection Advisor – Southampton - Hybrid
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a number of Trainee PROTECTION ADVISORS to join a 150 advisor, southern based Mortgage firm. The firm were established 50 years ago and are well renowned and respected.
The role will consist of servicing an abundance of provided leads at this extremely busy and highly successful partner firm. The firm are based in London with the majority of their team staff being based remotely across the UK enabling the firm to have access to the very best advisors on the market.
The role is Employed, Full Time, Monday - Friday and is based out of offices in Southampton. Hybrid working is available once established.
The base salary is £27,000 plus commissions with no ratchet / validation figure to achieve before commissions are payable
The OTE for the role is £75,000 although over achievement will obviously result in higher earnings. Existing experienced Protection Advisors with this firm are earning £85,000 +
The successful candidates will be from a sales background. Candidates that have gone on to be hugely successful have been from environments such as Mobile Phone Sales and Electrical store sales staff
The lead source is strong and reliable - no dreams sold here that aren't the reality - assured.
Importantly the firm utilise a full 15 provider panel with NO LOADINGS to the customers premiums ensuring the very best customer outcomes.
