Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team. This full-time role involves working closely with clients to provide expert mortgage advice tailored to their individual financial needs. As part of a supportive team of advisers, you will be responsible for assessing client circumstances, sourcing suitable mortgage products, and guiding them through the entire mortgage process with professionalism and care

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored, expert, professional mortgage and protection advice
• Source suitable mortgage products from a broad panel of lenders
• Seamlessly guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process
• Comply with FCA regulations and company standards to satisfy the networks audit requirements
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships to encourage a returning client base and referrals
• Self-develop and stay up to date with industry related topics

Key Requirements

• Essential CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven track record in mortgage and protection roles ideal but not essential
• Ability to generate and convert leads into mortgage sales
• Proficient in using mortgage sourcing and CRM systems
• Dedicated to maintaining compliance standards and treating customers fairly
