Trainee Protection Advisor  – Ashford 

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking hungry and tenacious sales professionals to join a top performing Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage & Protection Advisory operation in the roles of Trainee Protection Advisor.

This highly successful  network partner has a relatively small family team whom have found a real niche in the lucrative Protection industry that has necessitated the need to recruit into their business.

The role entails advising customers over the telephone / teams / zoom on Life assurance, income benefit, income protection etc with all leads provided.

Rather than recruit experienced Protection specialists, the firm have taken the decision to take sales experienced individuals that they can train and mould to their impeccable standards.

The role is employed with earnings estimated at £50,000 initially with the future holding much higher rewards.

The base salary for the role is around £25,000 negotiable and DOE 

The role is based in offices in Ashford. Initially, you'll be fully office based, however, in time then hybrid can be discussed.

All leads are provided however any self generation and referrals from customers will result in more output and in turn earnings.

The pre requisites for the candidates for this role are strong communication skills, hunger, tenacity and sales experience – Full product training will be given.

The protection products available to all staff are of the very highest quality with some 17 protection providers on panel, ensuring the very best outcomes for the customers.
