Mortgage Administrator – Home Working 100%

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an Appointed Representative partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. 

Our highly valued AR partner are a very busy and hugely successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their Admin support team with the addition of a further experienced Mortgage Administrator.

The business are one of the top producing firms within PRIMIS and are a firm we are proud to have as partners.

The administrator will be responsible for assisting the advisors in the firm, focusing on mortgage business. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients, introducers, lenders and providers.

We are specifically looking for a minimum of 4 years experience of Mortgage Administration within a Mortgage Brokerage.

Competitive base salary of between £28,000 - £30,000 DOE and negotiable 

The role is Full Time only and is Monday to Friday (no weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
• Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
• Dealing with incoming calls and emails
• Data entry of mortgage & protection applications

Skills & Experience Required:

• A minimum of 4 years mortgage administration experience within broking.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
• Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
• A team player with ability to use own initiative.
